Course Objective
The aim of the course is to provide information about the health problems caused by physical inactivity and to gain the knowledge and skills to prepare an exercise program to maintain a healthy life.
Course Content
In this course, students will have general information about diseases that are common in our country and are directly related to a sedentary lifestyle (such as cardiovascular, diabetes, obesity, sports in the elderly) and will gain knowledge and skills about the general principles of exercise programs to be prepared to prevent these diseases, the relationship between health-related fitness components and the patients in question and how to improve these components.
