Course Objective
At the end of this course, students are able to learn the basic concepts and rules of Training Science and be able to use what they have learned in the application phase, and gain the knowledge and skills to implement a general training program.
Course Content
The concept and basic principles of training, the effects of training on the organism, fatigue, recovery, training sections, planning, micro, macro, annual planning, loading and basic principles, overtraining, talent selection in sports, development of biomotor abilities, training elements, classification according to sport types, training factors, training models, aims of training, features aimed to be developed by training, energy systems in training.
