Course Objective

The aim of the course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills to apply defensive and offensive systems in basketball, to analyze the applications in offensive and defensive systems, and to re-establish a game order against the systems of opposing teams.

Course Content

The course content covers man-to-man offensive systems in basketball, fast-break systems in basketball, transition offensive systems in basketball, basic defensive principles in basketball, man-to-man defensive principles in basketball, zone defense types in basketball, 5x5 application of offensive and defensive principles in basketball and correcting errors.
