Course Objective

This course is an upper level of financial management (corporate finance) course which is given in undergraduate level especially in terms of examples of daily business life and provides training on the basic concepts and calculations of finance and financial management.

Course Content

The first part of the course before the first midterm exam is based on the general framework of financial management and the study of financial statements.

The second part focuses on portfolio theory, bond and stock and option valuation based on the time value of money.
