Course Content
Water quality, water pollution, pollution sources, pollutants and water the importance of quality parameters and their use in assessing water quality, water quality standards, quality changes that occur in water quality due to various useful uses, water quality related legislation, monitoring and supervision, national and international practices related to water quality management, modeling and water quality management studies.

Course Learning Outcomes
- Determination of pollutant sources will be based on various uses and point and spread sourcesassessment of water pollution
- Comprehension of water quality standards and standards as well as understanding water quality legislationand interpretation
- Understanding the importance of water, the relationship between water quality parameters and quality of watermake water quality assessment by looking at numerical values of parameters
- Determination of the quality of water required for the useful purposes of water
