Course Objective
It is aimed to give information about the financial structure of the local administrations, the methods of determining the optimum service area and the criteria related to the public service and revenue sharing between the central administration and the local administrations.
Course Content
The principles of necessity of local governments, determination of optimum area in local services, sharing of services and income sources between central administration and local administrations, income sources and financial structures according to types of local administrations are included in the course.
