Course Objective
This course aims to develop effective and healthy communication skills in spiritual counseling. It is aimed to provide students with empathy, active listening, accurate feedback, cultural sensitivity and ethical communication skills during the spiritual counseling process.
Course Content
The content of the course is communication types, communication barriers, conflict resolution methods in interpersonal communication, empathic communication, active listening, courtesy and etiquette.
