Course Objective
The aim of the course is to convey how quality, which has become an absolute condition for contemporary organizations, is systematized by businesses. At the end of the course, students are expected to grasp the concepts and application of basic total quality management systems.
Course Content
The main topics that will be discussed are the meaning of quality, how the perspective on quality has changed, the basic concepts used in total quality management, the tools used in TQM and their effects on businesses.
