Course Objective
Dersin amacı öğrencilere bireysel, grup ve kurumsal düzeyde sistemik ve davranışsal dinamiklerin temel kavramlarını teorik ve pratik açıdan öğretmektir.
Course Content
Örgütsel davranış, bireysel (mikro), grupla ilgili (mezo) ve kurumsal (makro) faktörlerin, kurum içindeki ve çevresindeki bireylerin tutum ve davranışları üzerindeki etkilerinin sistematik olarak incelenmesidir.
