Course Objective
Bu dersin temel amacı araştırma sürecini incelemek, belli başlı bilimsel araştırma yöntemlerini gözden geçirmek ve öğrencilerin belirli bir konu hakkında bilimsel araştırma yapabilmeleri tekniklerini öğrenmelerini sağlamaktır.
Course Content
Bu ders, sosyal bilimlerde yaygın kullanılan araştırma sürecini (sorun belirleme, veri toplama, veri analizi ve sonuçları yorumlama) inceleyerek başlar. Daha sonra bilimsel araştırma yöntemlerini (deneysel yöntem, betimleme yöntemi vd.) detaylı inceleyip seçilen araştırma konusu ile ilgili problem bulma, denence (hipotez) kurma, kavramsallaştırma, işletimselleştirme, ölçme, veri toplama, toplanan verilerin analizi ve değerlendirilmesini yapma ve rapor yazma tekniklerini detaylı bir biçimde inceler. Ayrıca, verileri SPSS programında nasıl analiz edileceğini ve yorumlanacağını uygulamalı bir şekilde anlatımını içerir.
