Course Objective
To examine the relationship between these two disciplines by revealing the importance of management science in terms of social work. At the point of meeting the changing and differentiating needs in line with the expectations of the society, it is aimed to gain the awareness and strategic planning ability necessary for the management of all organizations, including public, local, non-governmental and private, with a "strategic management" approach.
Course Content
The effects of management thinking on social work approaches, the importance of strategic management and strategic planning, practices to increase the knowledge and skills of the participants in the strategic planning process, strategic plan implementation studies will be carried out in this context. It will focus on the management styles of organizations and how they should be managed.
