Course Objective
The aim of the course is to strengthen the knowledge of family law, one of the most important subjects of Islamic-Ottoman law.
Course Content
The history of family law includes the similarities and differences of marriage and divorce law between Islamic law and other legal systems, and women's rights and obligations in the context of family law rules.
