Course Objective
İnformatics, defined as “producing results using information and technology together”. Society satisfy its data need using computers, communicate each others and do shoppping. Social part of informatics constitute the law subject of rules governing the social life. Purpose of informatics law is to prevent the harms to people by abusing of this net. |
Course Content
Deals with laws and regulations enforced for negotiations and agreements in the areas of software licensing and maintenance, IT consulting, e-commerce, website hosting and development, telecommunications, data privacy, elimination of paperwork, and digitally transmitted information
