Course Learning Outcomes

  1. It contributes to the teaching and development of this branch at the local level based on the understanding of refugee law based on the concepts of international law and human rights.
  2. The main concepts and main debates of refugee law are largely based on international law norms.
  3. Learn the basic concepts of refugee law, who will benefit from refugee protection, refugee determination procedures and the rights and freedoms of refugees and asylum seekers.
