Course Objective

The course aims to provide the student who takes the course with the ability to evaluate the current issues regarding Civil Servant Discipline Law by examining the disputes regarding Civil Servant Law in the light of the decisions of the Constitutional Court, the Council of State and the European Court of Human Rights.

Course Content

Gains general information about Civil Servant Law. Have an idea about disciplinary disputes regarding the officer. Gains the ability to resolve disputes with an officer. Has the ability to produce solutions to current problems of civil servant disciplinary law. Gain insight into civil servant law practices.
