Course Objective
Crimes Against the State's Security, the offenses regulated between Articles 302-308 of the Criminal Code against which the actions against the political function of the state were taken into custody were taken into consideration. Derste, with the teaching of the subject, has been published in many - many unpublished - decisions of the Court of Appeals, and the approach of the practitioner to the mentioned crimes has been put forward.
