Course Objective
The aim of this course is to have knowledge about the legal regulations and basic principles and rules regarding the attorneyship profession.
Course Content
The content of this course includes the definition and nature of attorneyship, conditions of being a lawyer, attorney contract, rights of attorney; Subjects such as the lawyer's obligations, attorney's fee, professional organizations, legal and criminal liability of the lawyer and disciplinary liability of the lawyer are discussed.
