Course Objective

The aim of this course is to teach the elements and feautures of the innominate contracts that are not already defined in the law of obligations of Turkey.

Course Content

Students will learn a) concepts and the institutions relating to innominate contracts. b) the talent for legally analyzing the concepts relating to the innominate contracts. c) problem solving skills on the specific issues of contractual contratcs.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. To be able to understand and evaluate the general teories about the anonymous contracts
  2. To have detailed information about the contracts that are not regulated in the Code of Obligations
  3. Students who successfully complete the course learn the basic concepts and institutions of the law of obligations.
  4. Students who successfully complete the course gain the ability to make professional and scientific analysis regarding the law of obligations.
  5. Students who successfully complete the course gain the ability to solve problems related to the law of obligations.
