Course Objective

The course aims to introduce the students in the field of Human Rights politics with an international perspective.

 

Course Content

This course introduces the students to the importance of Human Rights in a globalized world will be analysed through a multi- disciplinary approach, combining political and legal arguments as well as economic or sociological elements. 

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. To distinguish how different perspectives on globalisation view the role of the state and its possibilities to protect, promote and implement human rights
  2. To identify the contents of the new trend of cross-border human rights protection
