Course Objective

To teach graduate students, quality concepts which have an important role in professional life in business life and the contributions that continuous improvement process provides in solving business problems, to teach quality management systems applied in the world and in our country and to bring them to a level where they can control all quality management systems in the sector.

Course Content

Quality and Total Quality Introduction, Quality History and Related Concepts, Total Quality Management, Process Management, Process Improvement Process Measurement Systems, TS EN ISO 9000,9001,14001,1800 1 in the sector; Preparation of quality manuals, procedures, control and test instructions, preparation of internal audit plans and integration of Quality Management Systems.
