Evaluation of environmental factors and their effects on nutrition and to teach the differences in dietary habits of the country.

Religions and nutrition in prehistoric and later periods
Economic, political, social and geographical reasons affecting nutrition

- Learns the relationship between environmental factors and nutrition.
- Learns the definition of ecology.
- Learn about the factors affecting the culinary culture and food habits of different countries.
- Interpret the changes in dietary habits due to socio-economic factors.
