Course Objective
In this course, it is aimed to define the metabolic relationship between nutrients, their interaction with nutrients and to teach the application of this situation to nutrition.

The content of this course includes dietary factors affecting the bioavailability, requirements and functions of nutrients and the interactions, causes and factors between them.
