Course Content
The course will examine the nature, purpose and rulings of fiqh and the principles of fiqh, as well as their place amongst the Islamic sciences, their emergence on the historical stage, methods of authorship, Shari’ah rulings, contractual rulings, the Shari’ah judge, eligibility, and the nature of the text.
