Course Objective
İslam İktisat Hukuku da dahil "Şer'i Hüküm ve Kaidelerini İstinbat Yolları" Bilimi anlamına gelen "İslam Ekonomisi ve Hukuku/Usulü Fıkıh" dersi, aşağıdaki hedefleri içermektedir:
Course Content
Fıkıh ve fıkıh usulünün mahiyetini, amacını, hükmünü ve İslami ilimler arasındaki yerini, tarih sahnesine çıkışını, telif yöntemleri, Şeri'i Hüküm, Vad'i Hüküm, Şari'i Hakim, Ehliyet, lafzın mahiyeti gibi konular incelenecektir.

- Bireysel ve toplumsal yaşamı düzenleyen kaynakları, şer'i delilleri ve kaideleri öğrenir.
- Bu dersi hazmeden öğrenci, şer'i hükümleri ve kaynaklarını tanır
- Delillerin çatışması ve çözüm yollarını öğrenir.
- Hüküm kaynakları olan lafızların istilahi anlamlarını anlar.
- İçtihat ve taklit yönlerini ve şartlarını bilir.
