Course Objective

It is aimed to inform students about basic management concepts within the framework of management and management practices in health institutions and to develop their managerial-organizational skills.

Course Content

Definition of health services management, its features, classification, management's planning, organization, staffing, executive, control, organizational structures, power and devolution, classical and modern leadership theories, motivation theories and case studies constitute the content of this course.
