Operations Management involves the integration of numerous activities & processes to produce products and services in a highly competitive global environment.
Course Learning Outcomes
- Students will be able to define general concepts about stocks, categorize inventory costs, understands stock control models.
- List the estimation methods and determine the most appropriate estimation method.
- Learns production planning together with the steps
- Defines the concepts of efficiency, efficiency and effectiveness and distinguishes between them
