Course Objective
Change and new needs require continuous and rethinking of leadership. New studies and new information about leadership are the products of this rethinking. With the understanding of management, culture and practices, there are also significant changes in leadership. This change is more humane, more innovative and participative, more sharing, more inspiring and developer, more trust, more spiritual and more positive features such as positive.
Course Content
In this course, the concept of leadership, leadership theories, change and leadership, communication and leadership, decision making and leadership, strategic leadership, leadership in terms of team and organization, the cultural dimension of leadership will be examined. The theoretical and practical knowledge in the literature about the basic theories and research on leadership in organizations and effective and successful leadership in the literature will be analyzed with the active participation of the students
