Course Objective

To analyze the transformations in housing production in the context of changes in social, economic and cultural structure, to interpret the effect of this change on the product and process.

Course Content

Changes in the housing market in the context of economic, cultural and social changes in the historical process. The changes in the production and consumption processes of the house, the effects of these changes on the urban space, the housing settlements and the production of the house. Traditional dwellings, contemporary dwellings, apartments, squatters, villas, multi-storey dwellings, urban sites, off-town sites, etc. change of production processes of housing types.
