Course Objective
In the globalized world, user expectations have been diversified, and quality expectations at all levels have become a conscious demand increasing compared to the old. It is possible that the construction companies can compete around the world by providing quality at every stage of the process. At the end of the production process, it is necessary to install systems to ensure quality assurance.
Course Content
Quality concept and related terminology, theoretical approaches to quality, qualitative standards, quality management, quality planning, quality assurance, quality standards, ISO 9000 standards, quality in project and firm size, techniques in quality assessment and quality management, quality measures, , concept of continuous quality development, case studies. The course aims to provide knowledge on principles, concepts, processes and procedures related to quality management. The course will introduce the concepts, techniques and techniques used for the development of quality concept, quality management, control and development. In terms of quality, literature, research and applications will be dealt with at the project and company level in the construction industry. With the case studies, different aspects and aspects of the subject will be observed.
