Course Objective

To teach students the notion of hadith, make comparisons between hadiths related to faith, examine and memorize certain hadiths from the Kitab al-Iman section of the Sahih al-Bukhari, to apply theoretical hadith rules.

Course Content

Understanding and interpreting the hadiths about faith in the context of Kitab al-iman

Explanations

The evaluation of this course will be in the form of a midterm and a final exam.

  1. Interprets the relationship between faith and deeds
  2. Gains the ability to analyze the role of hadiths in social relations.
  3. Learns the place of hadith in the religious life of the individual.
  4. Students interpret hadiths in a way that contributes to coexistence in society
