Course Objective

This course aims to provide its participants a comprehensive introduction to human resource management with all its functions and processes. Main objective of the course is to demonstrate a big picture where participants can see all HRM concepts and practices together for sustaining an effective organization in line with the corporate strategy.

Course Content

Selecting the right people for right jobs, creating an organization which attract and retain a rich work force, constantly developing them for success and assessing their performance to give them right feedbacks are some of the main issues that will be addressed in the course.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. Being able to use, shape and change human resource processes like performance management, training and development, career management, job analysis, compensation and etc. for creating a competitive advantage for the organizations.
  2. Being familiar with and interested in the concepts, theories and fundamentals of human resource side of management.
  3. Having an understanding on evolution of HRM from personnel management and history of HRM.
  4. Defining and understand the fundamental concepts of Strategic Human Resource Management.
