Course Objective

The course will introduce major ideas and themes of these ideologies and it will also provide criticisms of these ideologies advanced by contending perspectives in the history of political thought.

Course Content

The course will examine the ideologies of liberalism, socialism, conservatism, nationalism, feminism, ecologism and Islamism.
