Course Objective
To provide an outline examination of the political, social, cultural and technical events that have developed in the world since the French Revolution and to make sense of today's world. To examine the acceleration of world political life, together with technical and military developments, over the last 200 years, more than in the past thousands of years. To allow students to learn about today's world and the historical depth that makes it, to see the reasons beneath the events.
Course Content
The french revolution and the spreading ideas, the industrial revolution and the colonial race, the world war and the interim period, the impact of the events of the second world war on the present world are included in the course. It was also a 19th-century British-Russian power struggle in the name of Great Game and Historical analysis of the consequences of ethnic, religious, sectarian-looking regional conflicts and the phenomenon of globalization as a result of the events that turned into a US-USSR power struggle in the 20th century is included in the course.
