- Öğrenciler bu dersi aldıktan sonra Osmanlıca arşiv belge türlerinden mektup, dikeşçe, berat ve kadı sicili belge türlerinin okunması konusundaki temel bilgiler kazanmış ve bununla ilgili arşiv belgeleri üzerinden pratik çalışmalar yapılmış olarak kendi kendilerine bu belgelerle çalışabilecek seviyeye gelmiş olacaklardır.
