Course Objective

The aim of this course is to make students aware of cultural diversity and the role of culture.

Course Content

The course content revolves around the concept of culture and its relevance to different living spaces, and hence the role of culture in social life.

1) Cultural anthropology, William A. Haviland, Kaknüs Publications, Istanbul.
