Course Objective

The aim of this course is to enable students to understand digital health and nutrition technologies; to recognize mobile applications, sensors, AI-based tools, and data analytics methods used in health and nutrition, and to develop the skills to effectively apply these technologies in individual and public health management.

Course Content

This course aims to introduce students to the definition and scope of digital health and nutrition technologies. The course covers mobile health applications, wearable devices, and sensor technologies, as well as methods for nutrition tracking and data collection. The use of artificial intelligence and machine learning in nutrition is explored, alongside telehealth and remote patient monitoring systems. Data security, privacy, and ethical considerations are emphasized. The course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills to effectively apply digital health technologies in nutrition education and clinical practice.
