Course Objective

Nutrition and environment interactions, changes in nutritional habits in the historical process, nutrition habits of the countries, nutritional development and change in the historical process, religion and nutrition, economic, political, social, geographical factors affecting nutrition, origin and basic features of the human diet.

  1. have knowledge about the basic characteristics of the first people's diets
