Course Objective
The aim of this course is to enable students to apply the theoretical knowledge and skills acquired during their education in real workplace environments and thereby enhance their professional competencies. The course aims to familiarize students with professional working conditions, develop their work discipline, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and provide them with hands-on experience in current practices and technologies related to their field. Furthermore, the course seeks to bridge the gap between academic education and industry requirements, preparing students more effectively for their professional careers after graduation.
Course Content
Students participate in practical activities within companies and organizations operating in sectors relevant to their field of study. They gain knowledge about the organizational structure of the workplace, business processes, methods and technologies used, quality and productivity practices, and occupational health and safety regulations. By applying their professional knowledge and skills in a real working environment, students undertake various tasks and responsibilities, develop solutions to workplace problems, and gain professional experience. Throughout the training period, students document their activities in reports, which are evaluated under the supervision of an academic advisor.
