END 392 - Internship II

To provide students with knowledge about practical implementions of Time Studies, Production Planning and Analysis, Computer Applications, Quality Management,Facility layoıut, Production Systems, Management Science.

Production Planning: The general outline of the production system should be examined. (Inputs, resources, constraints, output)

Drawing a workflow diagram of any product (all completed processes  from raw material to final product stage)

Facility Planning; How is the facility layout arranged? 

Quality management; Explanation of quality assurance activities carried out throughout the life cycle of the product. 

Disclosure of activities to reduce the amount of scrap and prevent defects in operation.

Identification of an encountered problem and proposal of technique (s) and solution (s) to solve the problem. For the solution of the problem; Operations Research, Statistics, Production Planning, Quality Assurance, Business Survey, Engineering Economics, Simulation and System Analysis techniques.
