Course Objective

ITIL framework as accepted approach to manage  Technology and R&D processes will be taught.

Course Content

Technology has been complex by development. Operational and R&D perspectives of the technology will be investigated to minimize organizational risks. Lecture will follow ITIL frawork which is base of ISO 20000 standart. ITIL processes and interrelations of them will be taught during the semester.

  4. ARGE Projesinin hazırlanmasında izlenecek yol ve yöntemi bilen teknik personel yetiştirmek
