Course Objective
To provide a better understanding of the theoretical knowledge learned in other courses on Islamic law of obligations and to reveal halal financing methods by addressing current commercial contracts and today's financing methods within the framework of AAOIFI and TKBB Advisory Board standards
Course Content
In the course, the basic standards covering today's commercial contracts and financing issues from the Interest-Free Finance Standards of AAOIFI and TKBB Advisory Board will be covered.

- Have a good command of current finance practices
- Know the fiqh provisions on finance practices and interpret the fiqh dimension of the practices
