Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide students with theoretical and practical knowledge about the laws regulating working life and related legal regulations.

Course Content

This course covers current issues, theories, concepts, methods and ideas related to labor law and texts related to these areas of study.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. Explains the legal framework of the individual labor contract established between the employee and the employer.
  2. Analyzes the legal regulations on working time, rest and holidays.
  3. Learns labor contract and its types.
  4. Analyzes collective labor disputes and develops solutions.
  5. Explains the rights and obligations arising from the labor contract.
