Course Objective
The aim of the course is to emphasize the importance of the people who are considered to be the most valuable source and intellectual capital of the corporations today, whether it is for profit or not-for-profit institutions. In doing so, the issues such as HR planning, job analysis and job descriptions, recruitment, placement and training of the right person will be discussed in detail.

Course Learning Outcomes
- To have a critical theoretical view of how Human Resources Management requires ’how ve,‘ why ’and‘ where ‘to provide contribution and support to ensure the development of employees and society; the scope of these acquisitions
- To have critical and analytical thinking skills
- Human resources planning, work relations, realization of occupational health and safety practices, training planning, performance and wage management, career planning, recruitment and interview techniques and legal issues
- Acquiring the ability to use theoretical and practical knowledge in Human Resources Management and other social sciences
- To have academic and theoretical knowledge about Human Resources Management and other social sciences; To have academic knowledge on historical, sociological, legal and psychological issues
- To be able to work with people who have different cultural and educational background by giving importance to teamwork, empathy and listening skills.
