Course Objective
In recent years, the increasing frequency of ethical problems in the business world and in our personal lives and the business scandals in recent years have emphasized the importance of ethical behavior in the business environment. It is also important for future business professionals to learn the basics of business ethics before starting their careers. In this context, the aim of this course is to teach the basic issues and theories of business ethics and to enable students to internalize the ethical decision-making process. In addition, this course aims to enable students to explore the theoretical foundations of business ethics through class discussions and business ethics case studies and to develop the ability to address and analyze ethical issues and make ethical decisions.

Concepts of ethics and morality, ethical theories, ethical dilemmas, ethical decision-making process, ethical code, business ethics case studies, corporate governance, ethical leadership, social responsibility, ethical and unethical behaviors in business
