Course Objective
The aim of this course is to conduct economic analyzes on the management of environmental resources, natural resources and their sustainable use, environmental impacts and environmental policies.
Course Content
The content of this course; Introduction to environmental economics, environmental problems and economic growth, economic efficiency criteria of environmental problems, micro and macro effects of environmental problems, goals and tools of environmental policies, international organizations and environmental policies, environmental policies in Turkey, sustainable development and environmental issues.

- Define the principles and concepts of environmental economics
- Analyze the social and economic impacts of environmental economics
- Ability to analyze the relationship between economic growth and sustainability of natural resources
