Course Objective

Give a brief idea of the global issues and countries, taking into consideration of historical, economical, commercial, political, geographical, socialand religious  past and actual developments, disputes and cooperation between countries, try to make future predictions on emerging markets and recommend policies based on these assumptions.

Course Content

This course covers world political and technological history, international competition, trade theories, and global economic dynamics. Topics such as wars that shaped the world, current conflicts, areas of cooperation, the impact of religion, and the emerging African economy will be examined, along with case studies on international relations.

Course Learning Outcomes

  1. Students will be able to analyze the impact of world political and technological history on global developments.
  2. Students will be able to explain international competition and trade theories while evaluating economic dynamics between countries.
  3. Students will be able to interpret wars that shaped the world and contemporary international conflicts in a historical context.
  4. Students will be able to analyze data on global trade volume and the emerging African economy.
