Course Objective

To strengthen the ties between the university and the society by using the knowledge, skills and knowledge acquired by students throughout their education life; humanitarian, social, economic etc. with problems
to raise awareness about various issues and problems in society, especially migration and disasters, disabled people and disadvantaged groups; some they will participate and realize
To ensure the development of human, social, cultural, moral values ​​and skills through volunteering activities, and in line with this purpose, the life of the disabled in the society, such as migration and disaster
to increase visibility and awareness on issues of high social sensitivity; thus, in a volunteering area that students will choose, within a plan to be prepared in advance.
To ensure that they take part in volunteer work for a period and share their results.

Course Content

Management and organization concepts, volunteering and volunteer management, basic volunteering areas, project development related to volunteer work and volunteer work in the field
participation, ethical, moral, religious, traditional values ​​and principles in voluntary work, participation in voluntary work in public institutions, local administrations and non-governmental organizations, risk in society
