Course Objective

This course is organized to introduce students to fundamental topics in quality management and quality improvement. This course examines leading tools and methods used to monitor, access and manage quality in organizations and the ways in which a quality improvement framework can be set and managed. Topics as the milestones in the development of quality management, fundamental tools for quality improvement, new paradigms and contemporary strategies for implementing quality improvement are also included.
