Course Content

This course provides industrial engineering an in-depth understanding of business analysis principles, processes, and tools. Students will learn how to analyze business needs, develop requirements, evaluate solutions, and align strategies with organizational goals. The course emphasizes practical techniques, case studies, and teamwork to solve real-world business analysis challenges.
