Course Objective

1. Understand project management principles, strategies, and processes, including adaptive practices and global project analysis. 2. Estimate project durations, costs, resources, and manage risks, schedules, and budgets effectively. 3. Collaborate in teams to solve project challenges and deliver case-based presentations. 4. Measure, evaluate, and report on project progress and performance using appropriate tools.

Course Content

This course introduces students to the principles and practices of modern project management. Topics include project selection, organizational structure, time and cost estimation, risk management, resource scheduling, leadership, performance evaluation, and project closure. Students will also explore contemporary approaches like Adaptive project management, business analysis, and strategies for managing international and interorganizational projects. Practical skills are emphasized through case studies, teamwork, and project presentations.
